Teenager charged after body find

Police have identified a man who was found dead in West Yorkshire.

A police spokesman said a post-mortem examination had established that Michael Gallagher died as a result of multiple stab wounds.

The 50-year-old was found when officers were called to an address in Gloucester Place in the Lupset area of Wakefield on Tuesday night.

A 19-year-old local man has been charged with murder and is due to appear at Wakefield Magistrates Court.
