New £3m bus fleet to be unveiled

A new £3m fleet of buses to serve parts of the Black Country has been officially unveiled.

The 25 vehicles will be used on various routes, stopping in Walsall, Bloxwich, Mossley, Walsall, Dudley, Stourbridge, Wednesbury and Russell Hall Hospital.

Each single-deck National Express bus has CCTV and "cleaner" engines, a spokesman said.

National Express West Midlands has invested more than £6m in new vehicles since the start of the year, he added.

The buses will operate on the 301, 311 and 313 routes.
