Brothers among four crash victims

Accident scene
Police have urged witnesses to contact them

Two of the four boys who died when the car they were travelling in hit a wall in Birmingham were brothers, police have revealed.

Hadi Suweef, 17, and his younger brother Kammal, 15, from Hall Green, died in the crash in Salisbury Road, Moseley, early on Saturday.

Sixteen-year-olds Hasni Ali, from Sparkhill, and Hamza Siraj, from Moseley, also died at the scene.

Police said the blue Rover they were in was not stolen.

West Midlands Police said specially-trained family liaison officers were supporting the boys' families.

A spokesperson said a police car which had been in the area at the time was flagged down by a member of the public.

Police officers have urged anyone who saw the crash to contact them.
