'CS gas' sprayed during robbery

A man has been sprayed with what was believed to be CS gas during a robbery in the West Midlands.

The 32-year-old man was walking down Inkerman Street in Wolverhampton on Sunday evening when he was approached from behind by three men.

They made off with a large quantity of money and left in a silver-coloured car.

The victim was treated in hospital for eye irritation. Anyone with information was asked to call Wednesfield police.
