West Bromwich Albion striker Roman Bednar has been given a police caution after allegedly buying drugs.

He was pictured by a newspaper allegedly buying drugs outside his Sutton Coldfield home after West Brom beat Wigan Athletic 3-1 in May.

The Czech remains suspended by the club pending an investigation by the FA.

West Midlands Police said a 26-year-old man had been cautioned for possessing a small amount of class A drugs, principally cocaine, and cannabis.
