Shotgun was used in man's murder

Scott Buchanan died from a shotgun wound to the chest

A man murdered in the Black Country was killed with a shotgun, police have revealed.

Scott Buchanan, 23, was found dead at an address in Callaghan Drive, Tividale, on 12 November. He had been shot in the chest.

A woman was also found to have been assaulted, leaving her with a minor head injury.

Officers carried out a witness appeal in the area on Wednesday evening - one week after the killing.

A number of people were spoken to and leaflets were distributed.

Anyone with information should contact West Midlands Police or get in touch anonymously via Crimestoppers.
