Suspicious churchyard death probe

A cordon has been put around the churchyard

Police are investigating the "suspicious" death of a man found in a Black Country churchyard.

Officers were called to St John The Baptist Church, on Queensway, in Halesowen town centre, on Wednesday morning.

The man was pronounced dead at the scene and a cordon was put in place around the churchyard.

A post-mortem examination has not yet taken place and the dead man has not been identified.
