Police have released details of a man they want to question over a sexual assault on a Black Country woman.

The 22-year-old woman was in a car with her mother and a child in Rowley Regis when a stranger let himself in and forced her to kiss him.

Detectives said the incident happened in the car park of the Knight's Quest pub in High Street, on 21 August.

The man was bare chested, wore two chains around his neck and had three tattoos on his right arm.

Police have also released a CCTV image of the suspect who is white, aged in his 30s, of medium build, about 5ft 8ins, with short, shaved, balding blonde hair.

'Unsavoury incident'

The woman was uninjured but was very shaken by the incident.

Det Con Matthew Clarke said: "This was an unsavoury incident where a mother, daughter and a young child are sitting in a car, going about their business when a man has come along and caused them to fear for their safety.

"The incident caused the young woman a great deal of distress and we are keen to trace the man responsible.

"We urge people who may recognise the man pictured to get in touch."
