Fatal crash police seek VW Golf

VW Golf sought over fatal car crash
Police want to trace the occupants of this VW Golf

Police investigating a fatal car crash in Birmingham have released a CCTV image of a car whose occupants they want to trace.

A man died when a Seat Leon he was driving left Hagley Road, near the Plough and Harrow hotel, and hit a tree in the early hours of 24 September.

A Volkswagen Golf briefly stopped at the scene before driving off.

West Midlands Police believe the driver and occupants could have information vital to their inquiry.

Anyone with information has been urged to contact police.
