Man charged over street stabbing

A 21-year-old has been charged with the murder of a man who was stabbed to death in the Black Country.

The 20-year-old man, who has not yet been identified by police, was stabbed on Thursday in Bustleholme Avenue, West Bromwich.

The charged man is expected to appear before West Bromwich Magistrates later, a West Midlands Police spokesman said.

A 21-year-old woman, who was also arrested, has since been released without charge.
