Man burned in arson attack on bar

An arson attack on a West Midlands bar has left a man with serious burns.

The offender threw an accelerant, believed to be petrol, into the entrance of Que Pasa, Stourbridge, injuring one person, police said.

The injured man suffered burns to his hands and feet and was taken to hospital but his injuries are not deemed as life-threatening.

Police, who were called early on Saturday, said the offender is thought to be in his late 20s or 30s.

He is described as white, bald and between 5ft 8ins and 5ft 10ins tall.

He is of medium build and was wearing a dark jacket with a white t-shirt underneath.

Anyone with any information is asked to call Stourbridge police station CID or Crimestoppers.
