Cerys Edwards was left paralysed by the crash

The parents of a baby girl left brain damaged by a dangerous driver have called for the law to be made tougher.
Cerys Edwards was 11 months old when millionaire's son Antonio Boparan, 21, crashed into her family's car in Sutton Coldfield in November 2006.
He had been driving at 70mph in a 30mph zone and was jailed for 21 months after being convicted of dangerous driving.
Gareth and Tracey Edwards want the maximum sentence for the offence raised from two to 10 years.
They said this would bring it closer to the 14-year maximum sentence for causing death by dangerous driving.
Unable to breath
The family have also called for drivers who have had car insurance for less than two years to be banned from insuring or driving high performance cars.
Boparan, of Shivalika, Roman Lane, Little Aston, was 19 when he caused the crash while driving a high performance Range Rover in Streetly Lane.

Cerys was left paralysed and is still unable to breathe without a ventilator.
She requires 24-hour care and has been living at the specialist Children's Trust in Surrey.
Mr and Mrs Edwards have set up an online petition in the hope that enough people will sign it and put the pressure on the government.
On their campaign website they say: "No family should have to suffer the same tragic consequences brought about by young foolish, reckless and dangerous drivers.
"Current penalties are insufficient and do little to stop this kind of accident happening again."
