The plans concern the development of the nature reserve until 2013

The public are being asked for their views on how a national nature reserve in the Black Country should develop over the next five years.
The plans for the Wren's Nest reserve, in Dudley, are going out to public consultation until 21 January, 2008.
It includes maintaining features of geological interest, hibernation roosts, grasslands and providing a warden's office and workshop.
Plans are on show at Dudley Council, the library and Claughton House.
Councillor Charles Fraser Macnamara, cabinet member for leisure and culture, said: "I hope people will get along to any of the venues to take a look at the proposed plan and have their say on it.
"Wren's Nest is a fantastic and well-used site and we want to ensure our plans fit in with the views of the public."
Councillors will discuss the plans at a meeting on 22 January.
