Police have revealed details of another man they wish to speak to over the death of a 16-year-old whose body was found in a West Midlands pond.

The body of Shane Owoo was found by police divers in the pond in Bickley Road, The Lunt, Bilston, on Sunday.

Tobias Davies, 20, and Christopher Lewis, 22, both of Wolverhampton, have been remanded in custody after being charged with manslaughter.

Officers want to trace Marvin James Anthony Walker, 21, known as "Shotty".

He is thought to be in the Wolverhampton area.

Mr Davies, of Frost Street, Ettingshall, and Mr Lewis, of east Wolverhampton are due before crown court on 2 January, 2008.

A post-mortem examination revealed Shane died from drowning.

West Midlands Police said he died following an incident at the pool on Saturday.

Text service

Shane Owoo's family has appealed for anyone with information to contact police.

In a statement, the family described Shane as a "typical teenage boy" who loved his music, Harry Potter books and fishing.

"Words cannot express how deeply he is missed by his whole family. His mother has lost her only son, her daughters have lost their brother."

Police are also appealing for witnesses to a similar incident at the same pool on Sunday 16 September in which they said a young boy may have been forced to get in.

West Midlands Police have set up a text service for young people who may have information about either incident to contact them.

The number is 07968 572915.
