Three men have been remanded in custody after appearing in court accused of the attempted murder of a man who was stabbed at a Sikh festival.
Amandeep Singh, 31, of Walsall, Avtar Singh Thandi, 28, from Birmingham, and a 17-year-old from Smethwick are also accused of violent disorder.
All three appeared at Birmingham Magistrates' Court earlier.
A 44-year-old man was stabbed three times at the event in Handsworth Park, Birmingham, last Sunday.
He remains in a serious but stable condition in hospital.
Mr Singh, of Bella Pais, Aldridge, Mr Thandi, of Hamilton Avenue, Harborne, and the youth are due to appear before the city's Crown Court on 3 May.
A 66-year-old man from Coventry has been released on bail pending further inquiries.
About 75,000 people attended the festival and up to 150 men were involved in the disorder, police have said.
