Mr Rowe is believed to have links with South Wales and London
Police have identified a 24-year-old man they want in connection with rioting in the Lozells and Handsworth areas of Birmingham two years ago.

Tobias Rowe is wanted in connection with an attempted murder, conspiracy to commit robbery, riot and wounding.

He is described as black, 5ft 9ins, of stocky build with short, black hair. He also has a scar above his top lip.

One man was killed and 35 others were hurt in the violence involving youths from the black and Asian communities.

Two other men, aged 18 and 20, have been charged in connection with the incident in October 2005.

West Midlands Police said Mr Rowe is believed to have connections with South Wales and London.

A warrant was issued for his arrest after he failed to appear at Inner London Crown Court in June last year 2006 for dangerous driving.
