MPs from across Birmingham are to attend an event encouraging people to send greeting cards to victims of human rights abuses around the world.
Hundreds of people are expected to attend the Amnesty International initiative at St Martin's in the Bullring on Saturday.
The event coincides with International Human Rights Day.
People will be given details of individuals together with greeting cards and stamps.
In exchange, they will be asked to donate to Amnesty International's work.
It wants to show that victims of human rights abuses have not been forgotten.
The event is between 1000 and 1600 GMT on Saturday.
