A Fathers 4 Justice campaigner has been charged with a public order offence after staging a Fathers' Day protest at the top of a Wolverhampton church.
Ray Barry, 55, who was dressed as Spiderman, climbed to the top of St Peter's Church with a megaphone.
The father-of-three, who is from Wolverhampton, then addressed churchgoers about fathers' rights.
Mr Barry came down on Sunday lunchtime and he was arrested on suspicion of disorderly behaviour.
His demonstration coincided with the city's annual civic Sunday at the church attended by the mayor of Wolverhampton and city councillors.
The service went ahead as planned.
