Missing soldier is arrested again
A Birmingham soldier who went missing from his barracks twice in a week has been re-arrested in the city.

Lance Cpl James Pietrowski, 21, was first arrested in Birmingham the day after he went missing from Wellington Barracks in London.

He was handed over to military police and taken to London for questioning over a missing army rifle, but escaped while on a routine visit to hospital.

He was re-arrested in Yardley Wood Road on Thursday evening.

Mr Piotrowski spent three months on active service in Iraq at the height of the war.
