Bus lane suspended to ease chaos
Highways officials have opened a bus lane to general traffic in a bid to ease congestion on a major artery into Birmingham during M6 road works.

The closure of the J6 exit at Spaghetti Junction into Birmingham has led to increased use of the A38 Tyburn Road.

It led to severe congestion last week as commuters struggled to get to work.

Now the bus lanes have been suspended as a temporary measure while work on the M6 and Aston Expressway continues. Officials are monitoring the situation.
