Teenager injured in attack by dog
A 14-year-old is recovering in hospital after being attacked by his aunt's dog in the Black Country.

The incident happened on Monday afternoon when Jack Wilkes was visiting relatives in Lupin Road, Dudley, on Monday afternoon.

The teenager suffered serious head injuries in the attack after the bull mastiff dog turned on him.

He was taken to Birmingham Children's Hospital where he underwent surgery. The dog has now been destroyed.
