Resurfacing work continues on the southbound carriageway

The clean-up operation is continuing on the M6 motorway after an accident in which two people were killed and one person seriously injured.
Both carriageways were closed after a collision between a lorry, a tanker and a car at junction 11 southbound at 1230 BST on Friday.
The tanker spilled its entire load of 1,800 litres of corrosive acid.
Staffordshire Police say the southbound carriageway of the M6 will remain closed until resurfacing is finished.
The northbound carriageway reopened on
Friday evening.
Two passengers in the car died in the accident and a man believed to be in his 30s, was been taken to Selly Oak Hospital in Birmingham with multiple injuries by air ambulance.
Rush hour tailbacks
A fire service spokeswoman said a HGV lorry crashed into a car and the vehicle became trapped underneath the lorry.
Up to 26 tonnes of phosphoric acid spilled onto the motorway which destroyed the surface of the M6 southbound between junctions 11 and 10a near Hilton Park Services.
The motorway was closed in both directions following the crash, leading to tailbacks of up to 30 miles during the evening rush hour.
The northbound carriageway was closed between junction 10a and junction 11 and was reopened after 1800 BST on Friday.
