The student was found unconscious at the bottom of steps

Police investigating how a student suffered serious head injuries in Durham city centre have made a fresh appeal for witnesses.
Peter Wake, 21, a history student from Surrey, needs round-the-clock care in hospital since being discovered on 21 November last year.
He was found at the bottom of a flight of concrete steps after leaving a bar.
Police say they believe he is likely to have fallen and that there is no indication of foul play.
Mr Wake was last seen on CCTV after leaving the Love Shack bar the previous night, but his later movements are unknown.
He was found by a member of the public at the bottom of the steps in a side street leading to Grape Lane, near the Elm Tree pub.
CCTV cameras
He was about 30m (98.4ft) from the Durham University student accommodation he rented in Allergate.
Det Sgt Tony Dumighan said: "We have no reason to believe Peter was the victim of foul play but we have not been unable to trace anyone who actually saw what happened to him.
"Even after all this time it is possible there may be someone who, for whatever reason, has not come forward."
Earlier this year, the third year student at St John's College, was moved to a hospital closer to his family who live in New Malden.
He is classed as "stable" but is unable to function independently.
Mr Wake is 6ft tall and was wearing a distinctive short-sleeved, blue and white hooped shirt on the night he was out, which had a rugby-style collar.
He was last seen on CCTV cameras walking across Milburngate Bridge before going out of sight in the general direction of the roundabout at the top of North Road.
