Mr Clennell, who has not seen his daughter for several years, said: "I have been sitting in my house crying for Paula. My mind has been in overdrive thinking about this brute.
"What sort of person does this? This person must be walking around the streets like one of us but he is not - he isn't human.
"Someone out there must know who he is. Somebody's husband is coming home in he middle of the night and they must be suspicious.
"My daughter's missing. My ex-wife is distraught. My other daughter is absolutely gutted. I am totally bemused, upset, distraught, because she is my blood.
"If anybody could help and tell police where her last movements were made, where they saw her.....please come forward."
Mr Clennell was divorced from his wife Isabella 10 years ago.
