Four bailed over crash car probe
Four people, who were arrested following a crash involving a stolen Nissan Micra carrying eight people, have been bailed.

The accident happened just before 0200 BST on Saturday when the car was seen being driven erratically.

Police followed the vehicle, which overturned in Laverick Hall Road in Blyth, Northumberland.

The occupants, aged between 14 and 44, were not seriously hurt. Four were admitted to hospital.

Police later learned the car had been stolen from the Blyth area.

Officers are appealing for anyone who was in the Laverick Hall Road Area at the time to contact them.
