Woman injured in fatal crash dies

A second person has died following a crash involving a car and a motorcycle on Teesside.

Maxine Wise died in hospital after the collision on Tees Road, Seaton Carew, on 3 July, which also killed 51-year-old motorcyclist Edward Adams.

The 34-year-old, from Hartlepool, was one of the occupants of a Ford Focus, and suffered serious head injuries.

Police are continuing to appeal for witnesses to the crash, which happened at about 0800 BST.
