Rochemback denies drink driving

Rochemback will reappear in court in June

Premier League footballer Fabio Rochemback has appeared in court accused of drink driving.

The 26-year-old Middlesbrough midfielder was charged after being stopped by police in Yarm in the early hours of 9 April.

The Brazilian denied driving with excess alcohol when he appeared at Teesside Magistrates Court in Middlesbrough on Monday morning.

Mr Rochemback will return to the court to face trial on 24 June.
