Stun gun threat in cash van raid
A delivery driver was threatened with a stun gun during a robbery in Teesside.

Police said two men fled with £1,000 after targeting the driver's Mercedes van as he collected cash in Gaisgill Close, Ormesby, Middlesbrough.

A police spokesman said the driver dropped his cash bag when one of the men brandished the weapon.

The robbers' faces were covered by dark hooded tops. Any witnesses to the raid, on Friday at 1945 GMT, are asked to contact police.

Police said the driver was left shocked but uninjured.
