Man remanded over fatal stabbing
A 38-year-old man has been remanded in custody charged with murdering a woman found dead at a Teesside house.

Anne White's body was discovered when officers called at a house in Webster Road, Normanby, early on Monday.

The 40-year-old, who did not live at the property, died after being stabbed in the chest.

Douglas Vinter, of no fixed address, appeared before Middlesbrough magistrates and was remanded to appear at Teesside Crown Court on 18 April.
