The woman, from Sedgefield, said: "I feel pure rage towards the attackers, pure rage.
"I gave those two men a lot of trust to get me home safely and that just didn't happen."
The woman had tried to get a taxi but she did not have enough money for a fare.
She said she had spoken about her ordeal because she did not want anyone else to be attacked.
"If anyone has seen anything at all no matter how little.
"If they have seen me walking past - I will have been noticeable because I was staggering a little with the amount of alcohol I had had to drink."
'Extremely distressed'
She added: "Please come forward and help the police to solve the case because I don't want it to happen to anyone else."
Detective Sergeant Jim Cunningham, from Durham Police said: "She had been thrown from a vehicle.
"She had been left in a very isolated location, and had to run across a gravel track which caused injuries to her feet.
"She was in an undressed state so when she was found by a farmer and his wife she was in an extremely distressed state."
The description of one of the two attackers is a male, with a dark complexion and was possibly mixed race or Asian, in his mid 30s, 5ft 10ins, medium build and brown eyes.
