Public inquiry set for link road

A public inquiry has been arranged for 10 November to consider the compulsory purchase of land for the Bexhill to Hastings link road.

It is necessary because some of the land needed to build the road is not owned by East Sussex County Council.

Compulsory Purchase Orders (CPOs) and a Side Road Order (SRO) were made in January and February 2009

All objectors will have the opportunity to present their cases to the inquiry inspector.
