Mills launches business near home

Sir Paul McCartney's ex-wife Heather Mills has told how she spent time renovating a restaurant after her divorce from the ex-Beatle last year.

Ms Mills, who lives in East Sussex, has spent months refurbishing a former fish restaurant on the seafront at Hove, which has reopened as a vegan eaterie.

"I am really hands on. I've painted, I've decorated, I've helped with the plumbing - I enjoy it," she said.

The ex-model and charity campaigner married Sir Paul in 2002.

The couple, who have a daughter, Beatrice, were granted a decree nisi in May 2008.
