A teenager who died in a collision between a car and a tractor in West Sussex has been named by police.

Sian Chipperfield, 19, of Oakleigh Road, Horsham, was in a Nissan Micra which collided with the tractor on the A27 near Chichester on Saturday.

The Nissan driver, a 19-year-old woman from Horsham, was arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving.

She has been released on police bail pending further enquiries. The driver of the tractor was not injured.

Sussex Police have renewed their appeal for anyone who may have seen the collision, at 1918 BST, to contact them.

Officers particularly want to speak to the driver of a silver MPV vehicle seen in the area at the time.
