Stilton flavour milkshake created

Blue Stilton has been mixed with other flavours to create the drinks

A milkshake range which uses blue Stilton cheese mixed with other tastes has been created by a Brighton company.

Milkshake specialist Moo Juce experimented with different ingredients before deciding to use the cheese.

Blue Stilton was then mixed with other tastes such as peanut butter or ginger cake to create four different drinks.

The Stilton Cheese Makers Association said trends such as the smoothie were strengthening Stilton's position as "the king of English cheese".

The other tastes to be mixed with blue Stilton to create the shakes are mango and chocolate.

Last year the Stilton Cheese Makers Association launched its own perfume to encourage people to eat more blue Stilton.
