No charges against anti-arms pair
Two anti-war campaigners arrested for climbing on the roof of an armaments factory have had aggravated trespass charges against them dropped.

The man and woman will face no further action over the incident at EDO MBM Defence Systems' plant in Fishersgate, near Brighton, Sussex Police said.

The decision came after consultation with the Crown Prosecution Service, a spokeswoman added.

The two campaigners displayed a protest banner at the factory on 28 August.

Sussex Police said four separate court cases were ongoing involving about 15 other protesters from Smash EDO.
