Murder charge husband remanded
A court has asked for psychiatric reports on a man accused of murdering his wife, whose body was found in a car roof box in their garden.

Frenchman Andre Genestin, 48, did not enter a plea when he appeared at Lewes Crown Court charged with murder.

The body of his wife Catherine, 37, who had died from head injuries, was found in the garden in Maresfield Road, Brighton in June.

Unemployed Mr Genestin was remanded in custody until 17 December.

Jeremy Wainwright, defending, told the court it was "strongly anticipated" the case would go to trial next April.
