Man sentenced for sexual offences

A man has been given a 36-month community order after admitting sexual offences against four girls and making indecent images of a child.

Philip Knorpel, 32, of Florence Way, Knaphill, was also ordered to attend a sex offenders treatment programme and to sign the sex offenders register.

Knorpel had pleaded guilty to the charges at a previous hearing at Guildford Magistrates Court.

Magistrates also ordered Knorpel's computer hard drive to be destroyed.
