Lorry sheds beer across the M25

A carriageway of the M25 motorway has been closed after a lorry shed its load of beer.

Three lanes on the anti-clockwise side were shut at junction nine for Leatherhead in Surrey.

BBC travel reports said that cans and other debris had been seen strewn across the motorway.

Highways Agency officers called to the incident at about 2015 GMT stopped traffic while the lane closures were put in place.
