Missing patient 'may be a risk'

Blaine Taylor
Police said Mr Taylor may be a danger to himself or others

A patient who absconded from hospital may be a risk to himself or others, police have said.

Blaine Taylor, 22, went missing from St Peters Hospital in Chertsey, Surrey, at about 1330 BST on Friday.

He is white, of slim build, 6ft 2in (1.87m) tall with shaved black hair. He was last seen wearing a blue and grey jumper, jeans, and white trainers.

Surrey Police have asked anyone who sees Mr Taylor not to approach him, but to keep him in sight and call 999.

Officers said because he was not taking his regular prescription medication he could be in a state of confusion and a risk to himself or others.

Mr Taylor has links to the Woking and Godalming areas, according to police.
