Driver in fatal accident is named

A driver who died in a crash involving two cars in Surrey has been named as 50-year-old Stephen George Cserenyecz.

Mr Cserenyecz, from the Holmwood area of Dorking, died after his Alfa Romeo car collided with a Volvo in Blackbrook Road, Holmwood, and hit a tree.

Both vehicles were heading south towards Henfold Lane when the accident happened at 2203 BST on Tuesday. The other driver was uninjured.

Police have renewed their appeal for witnesses to the crash to come forward.
