Cordon lifted at industrial fire
Fire crews are working to establish the cause of a fire which resulted in an industrial estate being sealed off.

A 200m exclusion zone was in place around the Martland Industrial Estate, Smart's Heath Lane, Woking, Surrey, for about 10 hours overnight.

There were fears that gas cylinders could explode after a fire at the Central Auto Repair Service unit.

Crews remained at the scene on Tuesday afternoon for investigations, and to ensure the cylinders were kept cool.

School buses affected

They were called at about 2120 BST on Monday, and the blaze had been brought under control by 0040 BST.

The cordon was lifted seven hours later.

Fifty firefighters were in attendance at the height of the incident, but there were no injuries and no homes had to be evacuated.

Police had advised that some school routes in the Woking area could be affected as several coach companies were based at the estate.
