Man charged with stabbing murder

A man has been charged with murder following a stabbing in Suffolk.

Lewis Watson, 23, of Rubens Walk, Sudbury, was found wounded in Cavendish Way in the town shortly after midnight on Saturday.

He died an hour later at the West Suffolk Hospital. Post-mortem tests revealed he died of stab wounds.

Andrew Rowlands, 26, of The Croft, Sudbury, is due to appear before Bury St Edmunds magistrates on Monday, Suffolk Police said.
