Two arrested after store robbery

Two men have been arrested after a Co-op store in Suffolk was robbed.

The robbery happened on London Road in Pakefield, near Lowestoft, on Tuesday, 17 February.

A member of staff was assaulted by the knifeman and forced to hand over money from the till. He was taken to hospital but was later released.

A Suffolk Police spokeswoman said two 19-year-old men had been arrested in connection with the robbery and are currently in custody in Lowestoft.
