Police set up a mobile unit close to the spot where the 12-year-old was attacked
Police have returned to the site in Suffolk where a man sexually assaulted a 12-year-old girl one week ago.
The girl was walking with a friend along the old railway line in Haverhill when they walked past a man.
As they neared the bridge near Water's Edge, the girls were grabbed. One girl fled and the other was pulled into bushes and sexually assaulted.
Officers have appealed for anyone who was in the area on the afternoon of 24 July to contact them.
The attacker was white, aged in his 20s or 30s, with short dark hair, and wore sunglasses, blue jeans, a white T-shirt and trainers.

Det Insp Martin Wright said: "We have received a small number of calls and e-mails about this incident, but I am sure more people were using the pathway that afternoon.
"I would urge parents to check with their children if they were out in that area, as the two girls were.
"If your children were in the area please contact us, they will be spoken to in your presence by specially-trained officers."
