A major inquiry is under way after the body of a missing woman was found in a brook in Suffolk.
Miss Adams was last seen wearing a black waterproof waist length jacket
Gemma Adams, 25, vanished from Ipswich on 15 November. Her body was discovered at Thorpe's Hill, near Hintlesham.
Her death, being treated by police as suspicious, has increased fears for the safety of 19-year-old Tania Nicol, who vanished from Ipswich on 30 October.
Both women worked as prostitutes and police said there were "obvious similarities" between the two cases.
Miss Adams' body was discovered by a member of the public on Saturday.
A post-mortem examination was carried out at Ipswich Hospital on Sunday, but further tests are needed to help ascertain the cause of death.
Tania Nicol was last seen on 30 October
A Suffolk Police spokeswoman said: "The last confirmed sighting of Gemma was near to the BMW garage on West End Road at 0115 GMT on Wednesday 15 November," she said.
Police have closed roads for three miles around Hintlesham. The village is five miles from where the women were last seen.
The A1071 Hadleigh road has been closed between the east side of Hintlesham and Ipswich and is not expected to reopen until late on Sunday night or Monday morning.
Anyone with information is asked to contact police.
