Man denies causing woman's death
A 35-year-old man has pleaded not guilty to causing the death of a grandmother in a road accident.

Christopher Bainbridge appeared before Ipswich Crown Court on Friday and was released on bail. His trial is due to begin on a date to be fixed in April.

Christine Seymour died in hospital a month after the accident on London Road in Ipswich last August.

She was crossing the carriageway with her husband and two grandchildren when a motorcycle collided with the group.

One of the children and Mr Seymour were seriously injured.
