Two men have died and two others were hurt after the car in which they were travelling was involved in an accident on the A12 at Holton St Mary, Suffolk.
Their black Volkswagen Golf left the northbound carriageway about 500m from the East Bergholt junction in the early hours of Saturday, police said.
The dead men, aged 19 and 21, are believed to be from Ipswich but details will be released later.
Two other men were treated in hospital for injuries.
A police spokeswoman said: "It appears the vehicle left the road and unfortunately two people died as a result of the accident.
"The injuries to the other men were not though to be life threatening."
