A Suffolk couple's valuable koi carp have been killed by vandals.
More than 20 koi died after someone tipped detergent into their garden pond in Brandon.
Tony and Valerie Fisher said they had been collecting and breeding the fish for more than 10 years.
The koi, a variety of fish developed in Japan, were valued at thousands of pounds.
The RSPCA described the incident as "sickening".
The society recently published a report concerning a rise in violent attacks on animals this autumn.
Suffolk Police have asked anyone with information about the incident to contact them.
