An actor who starred in the BBC hit comedy 'Allo 'Allo is selling part of his art collection.

Richard Marner, who lives near Newmarket, Suffolk, is selling a selection of cat drawings by Louis Wain at a two-day auction at Cheffins in Cambridge.
The actor, who is well-known for his role as Colonel Von Strohm in the BBC comedy series, is intending to move to Scotland and is reducing some of his collection.
He has also appeared in the television series Lovejoy, the James Bond film You Only Live Twice and the classic movie The African Queen with Humphrey Bogart and Katherine Hepburn.

After his popularity faded he fell into poverty and was admitted to a mental hospital.
Mr Marner bought the drawings about 40 years ago and the auctioneers are expecting there to be a lot of interest in them.
Two drawings have been given estimated values of £300-£400 and the other two are valued at between £400 and £500 and between £500 and £600.
The sale takes place on 22 and 23 October.
