Since April, 17 inmates have absconded from Hollesley Bay

A convicted murderer has been recaptured after absconding from custody earlier in the month.
Anthony Carroll, 39, who is serving a life sentence for murder, was reported missing from Hollesley Bay, an open prison near Woodbridge in Suffolk, on 8 August.
Carroll had a temporary release licence.
On Monday, Suffolk Police said they had received word that he had been detained at Charing Cross police station in London.
Arrangements have been made to return him to prison.
Russell Archer, 29, a convicted robber from Leicestershire, absconded from the prison on the same day as Carroll.
The two men were not believed to be together, and Archer has not been found.
They are the 16th and 17th men to have gone on the run from the open prison since April this year.
